Curiosity Calendar-September 2017

Do those crazy days sneak up on you? I’m looking at you Pi Day!

Would you like some random tidbits to add a little fun and curiosity to you homeschool day?

That’s why I created my Curiosity Calendar, so you would have easy access to something a little fun, novel, and interesting every day. I tried to make this as easy as possible by using internet links and readily available supplies. A long list of craft store supplies and hours of time douses many an idea in my house.

I hope to create one of these each month and would love to hear what you would like to see included, so please email me with any ideas.

For this month, I only included two specific books which you can easily find at you library, although they are well worth owning.

What do you do with an Idea?

Everybody Needs a Rock

This is my first go, so I certainly expect improvements and hope you try it out in your homeschool.

About Bethany Ishee

Bethany is the mom of six, always-homeschooled children, who one day realized she'd lost herself in the process, probably under a pile of laundry. Her eclectic style of homeschooling draws upon Classical to Unschooling and everything in between.  While homeschooling her children and writing about learning outside of school, she tries to find time to read a book, drink coffee, and pay the bills.
